No airline/country will prevent you from boarding/entry because you're a dual citizen.

I've done this about 150 times in the last 15 years of my life and never ever did I have any problems. Enter and exit any country you're a citizen off (*or an EU country with freedom of movement rights) on their respecitve passport. You have to, it is the law.

Also as highlighted, the airline doesn't give a toss what passport you use, as long as it gives you the right to travel to where you want to and the name matches the booking. You can even put both passports on the counter and they couldn't care less because there is nothing wrong with being a dual citizen. If in doubt just show both passports all the way to everyone.

Again, there is no such concept of switching passports etc. You are a dual citizen all the way and that is not illegal. The crux is to give the respective mob what they're after at the specific point in time.
