I've noticed that upgrades now tend to be confirmed later than they use to - I'm observed more attempts at reception to upswell for lounge access/better rooms .
All my recent bookings have been upgraded prior to arrival I seem to recall thoug I'm coming up to my 100th stay .
My return this Friday already upgraded to my preferred suite ^
