Flying out of EGE today, 4 travelers on 1 PNR. Both spouse and I have MP Explorer cards (separate accounts). Checking 3 bags and desk agent claims we only get 2 free bags, not 4. Tickets were purchased with my MP card.

Can't find specific language on .bomb to cover this, but it's the first time that a UA agent has done this in many trips. She said we had to be on separate reservations to each get the benefit. Then she blatantly lied and said she doesn't have the power to change this.
