I paid for the top room to get privacy. Yes I technically got the top room, but not the one that they guaranteed.
In all the emails back and forth with reservation, not one mention of noise or lack of proper villa.
they (not management?) claimed to guarantee room within room category?
while having variation within room category can save money, it would be convenient to be able to know what one is getting. (and not getting worst.)
