At least as of now they are listing/describing them differently on their website so you know what you're booking. When calling SPG they also saw all the different room/suite levels in their system - from City Side Room all the way up to Royal Suite.

Interestingly, only City Side and Executive Suite were available for points bookings. You could not book a Park View or Club Room on points.
I wonder why that is. You'd think there would be more room options. Heck, I'd pay more points for the Deluxe Terrace Suite. My wife and I are there for 8 nights and we really want to stay in a nice room.
