I see the list not as 'the best' (thats very very subjective) but as solid reliable options.
Everywhere I've been on the list is good. Not top 100, but good, reliable, value.

I recently found out that someone I know is a top Yelp reviewer in our area and she gets invited to all sorts of special events and tastings.
