The truth is: even being OW emerald since quite some time, I have experienced the IB check in agents spiritless. They make no effort to "serve" the passenger and to make his trip easier. Guess itīs not such a big fuss to check the suitcase all the way through to HAJ. All they need is to write the flight number and the date on my tag. Dunno whatīs so difficult about that. But IB is often VERY unfelxible due to poor training of their employees.
