except the last leg LHR-BGO, which I really did fly
Submitted a claim 8 days later, then overnight today received an email telling me my claim was rejected:

Well, this wasn't true. So I asked BA on Twitter, they requested the PNR + flight details - and two hours later, my Avios and TPs have appeared ^ No phone calls, no webform, no emails, no boarding passes required!
