At Heathrow there are three "Fleets" (or groups) of Cabin Crew;

Worldwide Fleet (WW) who operate longhaul flights. Their in charge cabin crew member is a Cabin Service Director (CSD) and the purser role in charge of First and World Traveller is a Customer Service Leader (CSL).

Eurofleet (EF) operate Shorthaul flights. They have either Cabin Service Directors (CSD) or Pursers (PSR) as their in charge crew member.

Mixed Fleet is the new contract Fleet that does mixed short and long haul flying. Our in charge crew member is a Customer Service Manager (CSM). Even on longhaul, we are the only manager on board. We do however have our Main Crew who have been here at least 3 years who have been Senior Crew trained and will work what would be the CSL position on Worldwide. Internally they are referred to as World Class Crew
(WCC) but this isn't written on their name badge and wouldn't be mentioned in an announcement.
