YMMV. I typically get PCARs even though I am under 25 with Enterprise. When I just turned 21, my first rental with them was a Hyundai Genesis. Have taken higher trims as well like an Escalade (not Exotic rental) and a Durango. Depends on the mood of the manager/rental agent if you ask me.
