Not sure if the screaming helps but do give Four Seasons a call. And let them know what happened, they're really accommodating in those situations if given the heads up. Totally different scene than Six Senses though. Refunding you those two nights is the least Six Senses can do, if they ever want you to patronize their establishment again. But I have a feeling this whole issue is owner-related! Don't know who owns FS Koh Samui, just pray it's not Sala!
