I think most of the issues I had (can't speak for everyone) were caused by the extensive manual processes that reservations had to go through before this "update." They seem to be more automated/automatic now, but the system is so broken now that nothing works right.
I'm seriously considering a switch if this doesn't get better soon, but the Hyatt program works amazingly well for me, so I really don't want to.
