My flight was delayed by 3.5 hours. I was informed about the delay day before, i decided to abandon the flight and book with other airline to be able to be on time and attend my business meetings.
The delay was under the airline's control.
Am I entitiled to compensation even if i did not take the delayed flight - under the EU regulations?
