Baggage Fees: Award Travel

I am flying HEL-TLL in economy on a BA-issued award ticket. I am also OneWorld Ruby from AA Gold Status.

Finnair says 1 free checked bag for economy standard or 0 for economy light.

Does award travel count as economy standard or light?

Finnair's Silver elites are also OneWorld Ruby, and they get 1 free checked bag. Does Finnair treat OneWorld Ruby's the same?
