The Executive Suite is 70 sqm and the Terrace Suite is 80 sqms. Someone had posted earlier that some of the Terrace Suites are smaller than the Executive Suite. While that doesn't appear to be the case, if I'm offered an "upgrade" from my Executive Suite, I think I'll ask which Terrace Suite they are referring to. I'll probably just have a look at the room before deciding to accept it.
I think the 80 sqm of the Terrace Suite may include the terrace itself, which would mean that the indoor area is in fact smaller than the Executive (it certainly looks as that might be possible in the floor plans).
I like having outdoor space, though, so it would be a worthwhile tradeoff, IMO. However, in that way it's almost better that they offer the UG at check-in, or very close to it. Should the weather turn sour during our stay, I might actually prefer to have the larger indoor space vs. a terrace I cannot use.
