I have only stayed at Westin Vendome, which is a nice big hotel very conveniently located next to Tuileries Garden. I would recommend the Westin IF you have SPG Plat status for upgrade and breakfast. Since SPG Gold doesn't give you tangible benefits and MR Gold gives you breakfast, no Lounge, I would lean toward Renaissance.
I am in favor of using points when there are benefits beyond just a room, like MR Gold with breakfast and/or Lounge access. I tend not to use points when I don't have status or no additional value.
If you venture a little further out west, the Renaissance Arc de Triomphe and Le Parc Trocadero both have Lounges and are more highly rated. That's why I selected Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero for March, even though it's not quite as convenient as other options. If you need to go back and forth from the river to your room then Vendome is better.
