I have emailed several times with no response. So I tried tweeting and facebook messaging them. No response. Now the funny thing is they have tweeted a couple people who asked them status of their entries as well. HW responded to try emailing, and of course the person responded I have been emailing with no response! now IHG was copied on all these tweets and they pretty much said they couldn't help and to work with HW. So seems like IHG is passing the buck.
Lots of bloggers wrote about the this promotion which is why it got so popular. I am emailing them(and encourage other FT to contact bloggers as well) to let know know about the poor execution of this program. I believe that they should be aware and make their readers aware of this situation. Maybe if we create enough public exposure HW will be finally do what they were contracted to do, and then be more proactive in future programs as well.
