My experience today:
Arriving longhaul F, departing Schengen (from a bus gate in A)

When you arrive from the US you enter the E terminal at the departure level. Look for the sign for the F Lounge. There are stairs and an elevator close by.
The lounge is extremely nice, I took some pictures and will upload them later. The C lounge is at the same level above departure, but different stairs/elevator.
They don't drive you to bus gates, you need to make your way to the F lounge in A (the old one) and they will drive you. Don't leave too late. It took me over 10 min between lounges (long walk in E, train, passport control....) without any waiting times.

If you arrive from a non-secure destination (like Asia) you need to go thru transit security, up to the departure level and then to the lounge.
