Sweepstakes laws in all states are super strict and rigorously enforced. In the rules it usuallly states "not responsible for lost, misdirected, or returned entries".
The answer to this situation--HelloWorld's understaffing, carelessness, and throwing mail-in entries into the trash--is to send a few STAMPED entries individually and each by certified mail. These entries should have an exclusive (dedicated) email address that you can check regularly.
Then, if any of these entries do NOT receive a reply email from HelloWorld--meaning, if you send 4 certified envelopes and receive only 3 replies--then the next step is to file a complaint with your state Attorney General as well as the attorney General for the state of Michigan.
Sweepstakes organizations MUST abide by the rules, there are no ifs, ands, or buts about it. The organizations can be fined big time for violations.

Found the post. I believe it might be worth a letter. For some of us, we are being told that numerous entries were never received.
