I've called in and I get people in Manila telling me I don't have enough miles in my account. I'd even be amenable to paying the additional miles from a family member's account (though I absolutely think I shouldn't have to) if they can reinstate the ticket so I get the same segments I had, that are only available in expensive Y class. But Manila tells me that once a ticket is cancelled and refunded that it can't be reinstated.
My status is with TK so I only get the Manila call center.
