Mailed in 94 entries back in Dec and received no emails at all. Reached out to HW who say they are processing my entries which will bring me to 13 and that they don't have any more for me. Absolutely ridiculous
PW is now saying they don't have my IHG number on file, yet was somehow able to tell me I had 13 entries before. However, I know I triple checked my IHG number before writing the entries
