It's a daily batch process around 04:00 hrs GMT, give or take a couple of hours. BA metal prime flights do get added over the weekend, and some oneworld partner airlines get updates mid morning UK time (but not always at weekends).
The process is still fairly brittle with OneWorld partners. For example, on my recent PHX-LAX-BOS//BOS-PHL-PHX trip, PHX-LAX posted after 3 days, LAX-BOS posted after 2 days, BOS-PHL has not yet posted (5 days later) and will probably require a missing avios claim, and PHL-PHX posted after 2 days (on a Sunday).
