Sitting at DCA awaiting the boarding of a flight to DAL (part of an earlier-mentioned cross-country extravaganza of sorts). A gentleman working for VX came on the loudspeaker to sell upgrades (he's doing a decent job...I think he sold one MCS and one F upgrade...this flight is usually pretty empty, especially up in F); his first language was clearly not English and while I applaud his exuberance (really, I do)...

...I found the announcement of how he was "excited to welcome all you virgins on today's flight" to be...unintentionally amusing. I'm just glad I'm a little zonked right now (early flight from DCA=no sleep overnight) or I probably would have started laughing.
