yeah it would be and that's kinda my point: Anyone could have walked up and just taken the bags. But I am her husband so I think I can do this in this case... If someone said anything. I not only can show my name against the one on the luggage tag but also point out my above story and say they are strange for letting her bags otherwise go round and round for what would have been 45mins!

As for the rules and their real meaning, I kind of figured as much, but hey, if they checked our bags for anything, they would have found the Dutch coffee and that + clothing is about it. Our names are also in the bags.

I want rules to be consistent though, and yeah, I should not really have been ABLE to grab those bags, so they are lax for allowing it to ever happen.
