I asked the front desk this morning. The rooftop terrace opens on a very weather-dependent schedule, since it has no overhead covering. I was told it would probably not open until May.

I have never been to this terrace before. I overheard a conversation mentioning that this bar was or will shortly be overhauled to include more facilities so that cocktails, etc. do not have to be made at the main bar and brought upstairs.
