I booked a flight with my Citi Prestige before I received enough TYP to cover my flight. After the fact that I receive my bonus TYP for reaching the min spend, is it possible to actually apply my TYP towards the previously purchased flight and get my money back?

e.g. flight booked for $960 cash two weeks ago. Once I receive my TYP bonus, apply my TYP account of 60,000 onto said flight and refund my $960?
