I've booked an aeroplan flight for YVR-YYZ (a part of a bigger SEA-YVR-YYZ-YHZ) in coach. YVR-YYZ is on AC 1136 on Oct 9th

When looking at seat assignments, rows 12,13 and 14 are in a 2X4X2 config. It's been years since I flew a 777 in coach, and it was always 3X4X3..

So, some questions...
Is this the HD Config? How do you tell?
Are rows 12,13 and 14 Premium economy?
To purchase those seats, it's at a cost of $50 for row 12,13 and 14, but it's also $50 for row 15 (3X4X3) so if this is premium economy, why the low cost for seat purchases, and why is premium economy the same price as the exit row seats? Seems rather odd, which is why I can't figure out if this is premium economy, or just regular seats?
