Basically the fee is $55. However, when cancelling there is no mechanism to take more money off you so if the total traxes, fees, and charges you paid were less than $55 you just lose that and do not have to cure the difference. If the taxes, fees, and charges were more than $55 then you get your cash back but minus $55.
