Personally,I can not sleep while on the aircraft at all and if I do fall asleep it will be for 20 minutes or so,followed by a headache.I also have zero interest to IFE,I turn on the flight map prior to take off and don't touch the IFE untill landing.

As someone who really loves aviation,I love to talk to the people in this industry and often have long chats with the crew (most of my flights are long haul Y),after they finish the service.Sometimes we really have long long talks,sometimes I feel like the crew on a particular flight are not in the mood,so I leave them alone. It all depends.

Otherwise I agree with the above,flying is all about me time.
