I'd suggest you take the time to send a note to Orbitz carefully explaining your exact problem, including the various things you tried. I found a similar anomaly in Hotwire and wrote to them. They quickly and politely responded and have fixed the issue. With mega-systems dealing in world wide info, one has to expect a glitch or two. And the systems people don't know about it until somebody takes the time to tell them. If/when they fix it, your efforts will help you and also others.

Furthermore, Hotwire sent me a coupon good this next year for 15% off one of their deals. I hadn't really expected anything. Was just trying to do the right thing. The coupon was frosting.
