I have multiple friends who have quit CemAir in the last few years (including one in a very senior operational role) over what they call "unacceptable differences of position on safety issues". I know multiple people who still work there and every single one of them is looking for a position elsewhere.

I don't know enough about them to comment first hand or definitively, but when people I trust on these issues say things like that, it would give me a fair amount of food for thought. YMMV.
