Has anyone seen this message when trying to access trip details from upcoming trips on the DL website? The Diamond desk can't seem to do anything about it other than say I need to talk to web support and web support is quite hopeless.

"Unauthorized Activity Has Been Detected
You are seeing this page because we have detected unauthorized activity. If you believe that there has been some mistake, contact our web site Support team at 1-888-750-3284 and provide them with the following case number: xxxxxxxxxxx"

I get this message persistently when I try to access details on one of my upcoming trips. The other one works just fine! Oh, and I can see the trip details just fine in the app.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Solutions?
