YYZ Intl MLL until about noon today. Lower level facing the television and the food.

What a mess in here! Not a single service staff to be seen and every unoccupied table was dirty, so much so that I complained to the front desk. Within one minute the service manager was bussing tables. Two minutes later there were four people cleaning tables.
