Enterprise's official T&C's just state:

Certain specialty and larger sized vehicles may not be rented to drivers under the age of 25.


Just because you can reserve a particular vehicle online doesn't mean they have to let you rent it. If you have any doubts, best to call the location you are looking to rent from and just ask about your desired vehicle type/size.
