I honestly don't like 11DF on all of the mentioned frames.

Due to the fact that the legroom is huge (particularly on the 777, not so on A330), people often misuse this space and cross in front of you if they want to switch between aisles. Can be quite annoying.

I would rather go for 11A/C or H/K on A330 and 12A/C or H/K on 777. The bassinets are hardly ever occupied (never seen it myself actually).
