We are taking CO, so will be in a different terminal. It is the kid, not his parents, with the apprehension. He has only ever been *in* an airport once in his life when he was 8, and so I think it's somewhat understandable that the kid is a touch nervous. Yes, at 16 he should be man enough to find his way through an airport, and I am sure he could do it;
I just asked because it would be nice for his parents to see him off, and be there if there is a glitch. I will have them call UA.
