As a confirmed advocate of bankside (there tomorrow) I was a little apprehensive of stay here tonight but I need not have been. A cheaper than cheap stay was upgraded to exec king with a skyline view. I went for a 2 mile walk round canary wharf then came here to lounge for tea and drinks.

Can't fault this place as usual. Lounge serves booze until half ten. Winner. Sushi and Asian mean I didn't need to eat out. I emptied the gin and might be on Sauvignon Blanc bottle. 2 but really can't complain. To me this place remains the standard. Oh but bankside is cool and we love that too :-)
