Interesting, but it would be presumptious to assume that birth in NJ implies that she still retains US citizenship. There are several voluntary and involuntary means of losing US citizenship. Merely becoming naturalized in Canada without intent to retain US citizenship can be used to "administratively" determine that the person relinquished US citizenship, even more so if certain actions are taken under the new citizenship.
