I am trying to book a RT from IAD-IAH-HNL in September. I see a lot of "Saver" and "X" fare awards in economy on the United.com website when searching for awards. However, when I called Singapore awards booking, they found zero availability for both dates I inquired about (Departure/Return).

Has something changed?
