I think Aer Lingus flys to Europe from BWI(if you consider Ireland to be in Europe) and is codeshared by AA.

I presume the airline portion of the winning lottery tickets will be on the open market.

A recent study by the Wash Post showed a direct inverse correlation between income by zip code and lottery sales in the metro area.
