We did in December. Left a voice mail and through their facebook page. Got no response at all. I had simply wanted them to advise on what the policy was for the "lifetime" warranty under their previous identity. We bought two full sets for dh and I (8 pieces) right before they went down for the count and the handle on one wardrobe has been fixed twice(the first time within 6 months of the purchase and only after the 2nd usage)and on one carryon once. I wont be lining up to buy anything further from them anytime soon
