Which is fine provided their inventory is not replenished - I am a pescatarian 99% of the time, but if I receive something with meat by accident, or I see a family member or friend is going to waste their meat, I will eat or finish it as I believe once the animal has given it's life, to throw away their meat is an even greater sin than to have taken its life to begin with.

Hopefully this horrific practice is soon done away with - given only the fin is taken and the rest of the shark is discarded (it's meat is perfectly edible, and tastes quite good), I've never understood why it took so long for the international business community to put an end to it.
