I can't think of a lot of upside, aside from the seat itself perhaps being slightly superior, to take Premium Rouge vs. Mainline Premium Economy. I guess PR gets into the MLL, while PY doesn't. But how valuable is that, really, if you're just showing up 2 hours prior to flight time?
Premium rouge only gets MLL access when it's sold as J (i.e. North America).

Internationally, where it's sold as PY, the perks are identical to mainline PY.
