I rarely if ever book LCCs. But recently had to book a trip for some relatives and AirAsia was the only viable option.

I had an inquiry on the route, hence sent in a request via AsiaAsia live chat.

And this is what I got in return:

Waiting over 1.5 hours to get a chat response in today's internet age? Incredulous...
