As a seasoned Y man, I bet nobody else in there would have considered they might get some compensation, albeit Avios, for an uncomfy seat and bad IFE. I'm sure some of that was to do with cws's hard-won status, but it is salutary and I hope this thinking gets out there. I don't like compensation culture generally but more Ys asking may at least get BA to notice things that need improving - IFE being my bugbear. Let the masses rise up!
