You can't truly delete it without deleting the account in that BA will always have a record of the transactions. So what you are asking is really can I mask the account transaction history; certainly not without phoning them and even then probably not.
Yes that is what I mean, just being able to mask the redemptions. It is a long story related to keeping someone happy at work!
