Which property hast best upgrade potential in July ?
Upgrade potential probably ROS though I wouldnt recommend as the breakfast in lounge is mediocre. LM is very good with uprades and is a nice hotel. St Regis is also pretty good with upgrades. The metropolitan suites there are very nice but generally have a poor view.
