They should be bookable as multi-city, since I'd be paying for each segment, right?

And the itinerary itself is bookable, there are just flights missing. I don't see any reason why one flight MSP-BOS should be shown, while another (still 2+ hours after arrival at MSP) isn't. The one-way page shows all the flights.
