If you look at the seat map, it's unfortunately far to be an exact measure of the plane filling as usually more than 50% of the seats are not selected by passengers before check-in (passengers who don't know they can select their seat, passengers who don't care, passengers who bought the ticket with an OTA and don't know they can select their seat and, up to me, a huge number of group tours passengers). If you compare the seat map on ExpertFlyer 4 days before the flight and 2 or 3 days before the flight (after what seems to be an automatic seat assignment/blocking for all ticketed passengers) you will see a huge difference !
