Ah.. well, thats crappy. Were you able to pick seats prior? Then checked in and got pushed to economy?

This is possible, booking biz saver award and being pushed into economy???

Or is this a last minute booking on your end (using biz saver, but not having the seats available)? This seems oddly confusing for me.

I would wonder how often this happens?
